After Reading Pleasure Reading Book
Everyone is supposed to be reading every day. That is what makes a strong reader and a smart person. After doing your reading for the day, respond to the following prompt:

After reading, I wonder if Drake will come back to th city. In the book, Drake is cursed and can never die. He is just pure evil, and they had him under lock and keep...until now! Orc, a hungover, awful, and careless bodyguard lets Drake escape and he headed into town. But the catch is, after a few hours he transforms into a little innocent child, Brittney, and then comes back. I am wondering whether Drake will suceed getting into the city, or will he just end up lost thank to his "partner" Brittney.
After reading, Dracula I wonder how the group is going to capture then kill Dracula. I wonder this because in the recent pages I have read, it explained why and when they are going to capture him but I wonder how because Dracula is stronger than any mortal and quicker. These advantages make me question the groups ability to complete such a hard task.
After reading my pleasure reading book I wonder how the British school boys lives will be. I wonder this because in the end of the book they get rescued by a navel officer and this saves Ralph's life. This is why I want to know what the boys are going to do now that they have been rescued from a plane crash.
After reading, I wonder if Tom is going to be abe to kill Mother Malkin without getting hurt. I wonder this because Tom had been feeding Mother Malkin "blood cakes" for the past few nights and was strong enough to climb up to the top of the deep, cold, and dreary hole and pry open the iron bars to get out. Also, she had just fed apon a rat, giving her more strength, while at the stream. I am wondering whether Tom will accomplish killing one of the most powerful witches without getting killed first in the process.

After reading i wonder what white fang and his cubs will do after white fang recovers from his injuires. In the book i read white fang its about this wolf husike hybrid, and in the end white fangs mate has puppies and they are playing with white fang(who is injuired).
After reading my book Old man and the Sea I wonder shall the bad luck of start to happen again. In the book the Old man goes 84 days without a catching a fish. Soon deemed unlucky by the society and the boy who would go fishing with him everyday was banned by his parents from fishing with him. Eventually he catches a giant marlin and has to fight off sharks for it. So therefore he was very unlucky so I wonder will he be more unlucky or will the ocean have mercy on him
I wonder how the author Ernest Hemingway was able create such a book.This i wonder because how does someone create a story about a an unlucky person who is eventually lucky. This I wonder because it has such vivid description but only in 120 pages. Also he was able to show society actually worked like to Kill a Mockingbird. Maybe he was able think of something that was actually happening r he was sending a message that you should always have hope even in the darkest of times. This would make sense he was alive during the great depression when America needed someone to pick up there spirits. So therefore I still wonder why he wrote this because there is no specific reason why and there is many theories.
After reading A Christmas Carol, I wonder if Scrooge would ever start the factory up again or just leave it abandoned beause it was only him and Jacob Marley. Marley died and Scrooge was depressed but the 3 spirits helped him becom happier. Now I am thinking, will he ever open the factory again? If so, will he get more co-workers? Will he work alone?
After reading Invincible, I wonder what Nick is going to do next because he just saw a new scar on Ambrose's hand that matches the one on his own. Nick is a very blunt person who finds trusting others hard and likes to take action. In the book it says," Oh my God. Ambrose has the same exact scar Xenon had given him when he'd cut his palm for blood. A scar that Ambrose hadn't had the times he'd seen him before..." Due to Nick's "Oh my God" reaction as well as all the clues that Ambrose is Nick's future self such as telling Nick where he will live in the future. Therefore I wonder what Nick will do next because knowing him he is bound to feel betrayed by Ambrose and won't be happy.
after reading my pleasure reading book for a day I wonder if it is hard to write a book and get it published. I wonder this because I would want to know where to go to like do you call 911 or the state of connecticut like how do you do it? also once it is oublished how do you sell it? do you go to a store and say here sell this book. I meen howww?

After reading phantoms in the snow, i wonder why the US would need skiing troops during ww2. i wonder this because russia was an ally and they had plenty of skiing troops already. I think this is because it is very cold in russia and they have alot of snow. after reading online, i found out that the US army had only 1 ski division and they were deployed in the mountains of italy. Most of the troops skiing up north were finnish.
After reading Wondrous Creatures, I wonder what Kelley will think about meeting Herne in person after Sonny showed her a vision of him. When Kelley saw the vision of him in the Wild Hunt, she saw him as a bad person ready to kill anyone that gets in their way, especially Kelley because she is the Faerie Princess. I wonder if he might sense that she is different and figure out that she is threatening and might go after her. I wonder what Sonny might do to help her. I wonder if Kelley is in grave danger going into Herne's home.
@ cheerperson I think that your question is stupid (no offense) why would you call 911 to get a book published? 911 is for emergencies only. what if a person got in a car crash but couldn't reach police because the line was busy while you were explaining. yeah. think again. To get a book published, you would need to write to a publisher (ex. scholastic) Then they would decide if they liked your book or not and wanted to publish it.
After reading (Tom Sawyer), I wonder what will hapen to them when they grow up. That got me thinking that no matter how old the book is,they should make a sequel to it. It would be interesting to find out what type of men Tom and Huckleberry become. Would they be successive businessmen? Or would they become world-class robbers since that is what they discuss at the end of their journey in the book. I think it would be a good twist and a good idea to write a sequel to, "The Adventures of Tom Sawyer."
After reading "Of Mice and Men" I wondered how people feel when they are under pressure to do something they don't want to. For example, in the book, a man named Candy who works on the ranch is attached to an old dog that doesn't do much. The rest of the men were pressuring him to kill his dog. Finally another rancher took the dog and shot him outside. Candy was heartbroken and did not speak or participate for a while. I imagine all the emotional stress he must be going through, to lose someone/something that has been a part of his life for a long time, even though the person/thing wasn't totally ready.
After reading, I wonder how long the battle at Uru'baen will drag on. I think this because the battle at Uru'baen is the climax of the book, and begins approx. at page 650, but there are 200 pages after that. Therefore, I am curious to see the outcome of the battle if it is to last that long.
After reading, I wonder if Eragon will get a highly painful scar on his back. I think this because in the previous book, before Eragon defeated his foe, Durza, he got a long sword cut on his back. Therefore, I am eager to find if Eragon gets a huge sword wound from his next battle at the burning plains.
After reading, City of Flowers, I wonder if Luciano is really going to try to kill the Duke because the Duke asked Arianna, the girl Luciano is in love with, to marry him. Luciano has been having Gaetano to learn to fight with a sword to kill the Duke, but I'm not sure if he really will. Although he seems to want to I don't think he has the courage to try it. I think that he will decide not to since the Duke has many guards and it would be almost impossible to kill all of the guards.
@cheerextremelover11 Although it is an interesting thought I'm pretty sure that calling 911 is not going to get your book published because that is not what the police are meant for. The police are meant for emergencies and I don't think that they would be interested or authorized to publish a book. They need to be ready for real emergencies like if someone is killed or injured. But to answer your question you would send the draft of your book to an editor and they will probably reject the book the first few times before they say yes. After that they send it to a publisher who publishes the book and then they make it into a book and send the books to stores to be sold. I'm pretty sure this is how you get the book published, but I'm not 100% sure so somebody please correct me if I'm wrong.
After reading lord of the flies I wonder how they were so brave and how they were born to work as a team. I wondered this because I had no idea they can live life on their own like that. I was amazed but I still want to find out and see how they were so brave. Therefore, Lord of the flies was a great book and made me wonder how they were so brave and being together as a team more like a family.
@ilovegymnastics. I would of wondered the same thing because I have read tom sawyer but during when I read it I thought and wondered the same thing. Therefore, you had a great idea when it came to wondering about tom sawyer.
After reading the book "The Medusa Plot" I wonder if Dan and Amy will ever rescue the kidnapped Cahills. I wonder this because the mysterious Vesper 1 wanted them to steal a painting called the "Medusa" and bring it to him. They did that, and Vesper 1 still will not return their friends. Therefore, I am wondering if Dan and Amy will ever get their captured friends back, because Vesper 1 wil not cooperate with them.
After reading the book "Inheritance", I wonder if Eragon will ever meet Arya and Roran again. After reading over 2,800 pages of Eragon's adventures you become so attached to the characters and you get really upset when Eragon decides that he has to leave his brother and his best friend. The book had one of the best plots I ever read and I really hope that the author will revisit Eragon's world sometime
@anonymous I remember when i read that book and when I wondered If Eragon would get a scar. Unfortunately, things didn't go his way, but I think that that book is amazing and you really should keep reading!
After reading the book, The Schwa Was Here, I wonder what will happen if Calvin Schwa really does disappear? Will Anthony and his blind girlfriend forget about him ever existing? It could happen, but the Schwa doesn't want to go. He is doing everything that he can to stay noticed. He even rented a billboard with a huge picture of his face saying, Calvin Schwa was here. And will anyone really find out what happened to his mother?
After reading the book "The Giver", by Lois Lowry, I am wondering what ever happened to Jonas and Gabriel after the story ended.(I'm not going to say what they did or else I'll give away the ending of the book). I am wondering this because although the book was not my favorite, it did keep me hanging and filled with suspense, so I am really curious in knowing what happened after all.
@cheerextremelover11 I don't think you would have to call 911 to get a book published. I mean youre supposed to call 911 if theres an emergenccy, and i defintely don't think that publishing a book is an emergency. Therefore, like @Devon S said, you would probably have to send a copy of your draft to an editor who would reject it a few times but would (hopefully) later on send it to a publisher who would send it to be sold in stores.
After reading The Phantom Tollbooth I wonder where Milo will go next because he has been to some interesting places so far. One interesting place he went to is dictionopolis here every one is focused on words and letters. Also he got stuck in the doldrums which is interesting because it is a play on wars. These cool places make me think the next one will be interesting too.
Grace S I think that nothing will happen to Jonas or Gabriel because they live in a perfect world. I think this because the town they live in controls everything they do. They control when the kid’s jet jobs what the job is and a lot of other thing we are able to choose. If they don’t make many decisions for themselves not much can happen to them.
After reading Pretty Little Liars, I wonder if Ian really is Ali's killer. This is because he claims that he is innocent, but all the signs point to him. Spencer said that he never got nervous when Ali's death was brought up, so maybe it wasn't him. These mixed emotions make me second guess the fact that Ian murdered Ali.
@cheerextemelover11 I don't think you would have to call 911 to get a book published. This is because 911 is for only emergencies. If you called 911 to get a book published, you could intercept an emergency call which is very dangerous. 911 is for emergencies and only emergencies, not book publishing.
After reading Lord Of The Flies, I wonder if the hunters knew that they were attacking Simon. In the story Simon comes back from looking for the beast and jumps over a rock. Under the rock everyone was having a party. He jumped down and the hunters "thought" he was the beast so that stabbed him in the neck. The hunters might have new that the "beast" was Simon and wanted to kill him. Or was it just a mistake. We may never know.....

After reading my book, Harry Potter and the Camber if Secrets, I wonder why Harry and Ron could not pass through the brick wall to get to the Hogwarts Express to get to Hogwarts. After thinking about it I also wounder if the reason why that happened had to do with Dobby, the "servant" that looks very strange. I think this because Dobby said that there is danger at Hogwarts and for Harry not to go there. That is why I wonder why they could not go throught the brick wall.
@cheerextremelover11 I agree with what you said about how a book gets published. I also wonder this becasue this type of thing is not taught to us in school so I can see how you wonder that. Also, when a book gets published i am pretty sure the pubishers make a lot of copies and send them to book stores saying that this is a new book and for i to be on the shelves. Or, the owners of the store gets an e-mail or phone call talking about the book and asking them if they would like to purchase it. hat is why I agree with you.
After reading, I wonder how Boone found the motor coach in the middle of Nevada. In the middle of the night, the coach broke down and in the morning, Boone showed up. Boone is an old roadie who helps people with their vehicles. So it's very suspicious that he showed up right after it broke down.
@THEsmallFISH (jk im HUGE now) I think that you are right about cheerextremelover11's question. I agree with you because you shouldn't call 911 to publish a book. Since 911 is for emergencies only, it wouldn't be right to call them. If you did, you actually might get in trouble. If you want to get a book published, you can just look online and check how to do it. To publish a book, I think that you have to send a draft to a publisher and write a letter to an agent to impress them. Most of the time, the will reject it but if they accept, they will give you a price for it. If you accept their price, it becomes their book. Then they can sell it how they want. Finally, they give an amount of money to the author per copy it sells and they get the rest of the money. That's why I agree with you.
After reading The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe I wondered how Raymond would react to the character that he just met. He was just talking to someone that sounds like a strange, fishy, weird character. Since the person acts like that I wondered how Raymond would react.
After reading the call of the wild, I wonder about buck the dog will he survive this brutal beating he got from the thief that stole him from his family? I think he would be fine because they said that he has a strong chest and frame and that children always rode on his back.Normal in life that shows that it will take a lot to take that type of person or animal down so with that evidence from the author i think that buck will come out strong.
@ THE Big RU I agree with you because in my book the Call of the wild Buck the dog was born strong and different form the pack he was so brave and strong they were shocked and when it came to Buck surviving out in the Alaskan winters he was really put to the test. I think that that backstory of a character is what makes a book really good book and a book that make you what to keep reading. Therefore that’s why you should read the Call of the Wild and like you said it also made me wonder how they could be so brave and work like a team so well.
I am reading wondering what how the grandma died. I am wondering this because it says "I'm sorry about your grandmother." But,I think that in the book the author should have said how the grandma died.
After reading Diary of a whimsy kid I'm wondering what encouraged this writer to write about middle school. like did his kids give this idea or did it just come to him.
After reading, I wonder what is going to happen to the family who lives on mango street. I wonder this because in the book they were saying that they moved every single year. So i am wondering if they would be staying there because of how many times that they had moved.
After reading I wonder if Dr. Calvin and the others in U.S. Robotsbwill have any more troubles with the robots they build. I wonder this because in the book the employees at U.S. Robots were having difficulties keeping the robots they build under control.
After reading, I wonder if Tom Sawyer will win Becky Thatcher back. I wonder this because he took the blame for something she did, and she appreciated it.
After reading, i wonder if Bella is going to ever get along with Rosalie. At thins point in my book James is just beginning to hunt Bella, as edward and his family are trying to get Bella out of town Rosalie seems reluctant to help protect Bella. Rosalie seems that she has a lot of hatred for Bella but i don't understand why. Bella has never done anything to offend Rosalie, intact that was the second time they even talked to each other and the first time they only said hi. So i m just wondering if Rosalie will come to like Bella.
After reading, I wonder if Edward and Bella are going to get married. i wonder this because Edward and Bella are so in love and if he was human i know that they would be getting married. Since he is a vampire i don't know if he will marry her because he is o afraid the he will kill her because he thirsts for her blood to much. Then again if he were to change her then they could get married no problem. He is reluctant to change her though. He says that he wouldn't be able to live with himself knowing that he took her humanity away from her. I wonder what Stephanie Mayer will do with this and i am very excited to see.

After reading the book, The Schwa Was Here, I wonder what will happen if Calvin Schwa really does disappear? Will Anthony and his blind girlfriend forget about him ever existing? It could happen, but the Schwa doesn't want to go. He is doing everything that he can to stay noticed. He even rented a billboard with a huge picture of his face saying, Calvin Schwa was here. And will anyone really find out what happened to his mother?
After reading the book "The Giver", by Lois Lowry, I am wondering what ever happened to Jonas and Gabriel after the story ended.(I'm not going to say what they did or else I'll give away the ending of the book). I am wondering this because although the book was not my favorite, it did keep me hanging and filled with suspense, so I am really curious in knowing what happened after all.

I don't think you would have to call 911 to get a book published. I mean youre supposed to call 911 if theres an emergenccy, and i defintely don't think that publishing a book is an emergency. Therefore, like @Devon S said, you would probably have to send a copy of your draft to an editor who would reject it a few times but would (hopefully) later on send it to a publisher who would send it to be sold in stores.
After reading The Phantom Tollbooth I wonder where Milo will go next because he has been to some interesting places so far. One interesting place he went to is dictionopolis here every one is focused on words and letters. Also he got stuck in the doldrums which is interesting because it is a play on wars. These cool places make me think the next one will be interesting too.
Grace S I think that nothing will happen to Jonas or Gabriel because they live in a perfect world. I think this because the town they live in controls everything they do. They control when the kid’s jet jobs what the job is and a lot of other thing we are able to choose. If they don’t make many decisions for themselves not much can happen to them.
After reading Pretty Little Liars, I wonder if Ian really is Ali's killer. This is because he claims that he is innocent, but all the signs point to him. Spencer said that he never got nervous when Ali's death was brought up, so maybe it wasn't him. These mixed emotions make me second guess the fact that Ian murdered Ali.

I don't think you would have to call 911 to get a book published. This is because 911 is for only emergencies. If you called 911 to get a book published, you could intercept an emergency call which is very dangerous. 911 is for emergencies and only emergencies, not book publishing.
After reading Lord Of The Flies, I wonder if the hunters knew that they were attacking Simon. In the story Simon comes back from looking for the beast and jumps over a rock. Under the rock everyone was having a party. He jumped down and the hunters "thought" he was the beast so that stabbed him in the neck. The hunters might have new that the "beast" was Simon and wanted to kill him. Or was it just a mistake. We may never know.....

You would not have to call 911 if you want to get a book published. I think you would send your story to a publishing company and have them check it over. 911 is only for emergencies and emergencies only. It is not for publishing books.
After reading my book, Harry Potter and the Camber if Secrets, I wonder why Harry and Ron could not pass through the brick wall to get to the Hogwarts Express to get to Hogwarts. After thinking about it I also wounder if the reason why that happened had to do with Dobby, the "servant" that looks very strange. I think this because Dobby said that there is danger at Hogwarts and for Harry not to go there. That is why I wonder why they could not go throught the brick wall.

I agree with what you said about how a book gets published. I also wonder this becasue this type of thing is not taught to us in school so I can see how you wonder that. Also, when a book gets published i am pretty sure the pubishers make a lot of copies and send them to book stores saying that this is a new book and for i to be on the shelves. Or, the owners of the store gets an e-mail or phone call talking about the book and asking them if they would like to purchase it. hat is why I agree with you.
After reading, I wonder how Boone found the motor coach in the middle of Nevada. In the middle of the night, the coach broke down and in the morning, Boone showed up. Boone is an old roadie who helps people with their vehicles. So it's very suspicious that he showed up right after it broke down.

I think that you are right about cheerextremelover11's question. I agree with you because you shouldn't call 911 to publish a book. Since 911 is for emergencies only, it wouldn't be right to call them. If you did, you actually might get in trouble. If you want to get a book published, you can just look online and check how to do it. To publish a book, I think that you have to send a draft to a publisher and write a letter to an agent to impress them. Most of the time, the will reject it but if they accept, they will give you a price for it. If you accept their price, it becomes their book. Then they can sell it how they want. Finally, they give an amount of money to the author per copy it sells and they get the rest of the money. That's why I agree with you.
After reading The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe I wondered how Raymond would react to the character that he just met. He was just talking to someone that sounds like a strange, fishy, weird character. Since the person acts like that I wondered how Raymond would react.
After reading the call of the wild, I wonder about buck the dog will he survive this brutal beating he got from the thief that stole him from his family? I think he would be fine because they said that he has a strong chest and frame and that children always rode on his back.Normal in life that shows that it will take a lot to take that type of person or animal down so with that evidence from the author i think that buck will come out strong.
@ THE Big RU I agree with you because in my book the Call of the wild Buck the dog was born strong and different form the pack he was so brave and strong they were shocked and when it came to Buck surviving out in the Alaskan winters he was really put to the test. I think that that backstory of a character is what makes a book really good book and a book that make you what to keep reading. Therefore that’s why you should read the Call of the Wild and like you said it also made me wonder how they could be so brave and work like a team so well.
After reading, I wounder what will happen in the next book (for, I finished book #8 and am going to get book #9 today).
I am reading wondering what how the grandma died. I am wondering this because it says "I'm sorry about your grandmother." But,I think that in the book the author should have said how the grandma died.

After reading I wonder if Dr. Calvin and the others in U.S. Robotsbwill have any more troubles with the robots they build. I wonder this because in the book the employees at U.S. Robots were having difficulties keeping the robots they build under control.
After reading, I wonder if Tom Sawyer will win Becky Thatcher back. I wonder this because he took the blame for something she did, and she appreciated it.
After reading, i wonder if Bella is going to ever get along with Rosalie. At thins point in my book James is just beginning to hunt Bella, as edward and his family are trying to get Bella out of town Rosalie seems reluctant to help protect Bella. Rosalie seems that she has a lot of hatred for Bella but i don't understand why. Bella has never done anything to offend Rosalie, intact that was the second time they even talked to each other and the first time they only said hi. So i m just wondering if Rosalie will come to like Bella.
After reading, I wonder if Edward and Bella are going to get married. i wonder this because Edward and Bella are so in love and if he was human i know that they would be getting married. Since he is a vampire i don't know if he will marry her because he is o afraid the he will kill her because he thirsts for her blood to much. Then again if he were to change her then they could get married no problem. He is reluctant to change her though. He says that he wouldn't be able to live with himself knowing that he took her humanity away from her. I wonder what Stephanie Mayer will do with this and i am very excited to see.
