Quizlet
All vocabulary can be found on Quizlet. Don't forget to create an account to track your practice/progress with the weekly vocabulary. The flashcards can be found under the user "shorvath".

I am going to use this. It seems like a good stradagy for studying. It is also similar to wordchamp which we use in spanish class. That seems to work well for me so maybe this will too.
i like it! i like how the games make you think and you have to correct youself when your wrong. i dont like it when youre just shooting out answers and its tellin youre wrong, then moving on.
I will create an account soon. I hope it’s like Word Champ just like Caroline said up there because it helps me a lot and it’s all I use to study language. It’s a great way to learn words because it makes you put in the write one. Knowing words are very important and they’re hard to study so, this should work well.

I think that Quizlet has helped me. I went on and I now under stand what we need to know. It made me memorize the words. I agree with caroline. It is kinda like word champ.
Although I agree that Quizlet is a good idea and seems useful, I prefer making my own flash cards. I find that rewriting the words (or parts of words in this case) helps me remember them. I can also take them out if there is free time in other classes throughout the day.

Quizlet seems like a great way to study vocab. I agree with caroline as well, about how it is like word champ for spanish. Word champ really helps me study and i think quizlet will do the same. However i do also agree with lidia, because i do like to make my own flashcards. I can carry them around anywhere and glance at them between classes. I can also write the words again which helps drill it into my head more. Both ways are good ways to study.
I haven't set up Quizlet yet, but from what I saw in class, I think it will work for me. Although I also like making my own flashcards like Lidia and Bella, I think that this way is much faster. Instead of taking time to write down everything, (which I also agree helps you to learn), you can just hop on the computer, log on, and study! I feel like this is going to be a productive way of learning the vocabulary words.
I just made an account and it's great. It gets me to actively study for a long period of time. The games are quite addicting trying to beat other people's scores. It also lets you have something to fall back on if you bomb a test.
I`m gonna make a Quizlet account soon. I`m thinking of using it to help me study for other classes besides just language arts, and it`ll be good to have something to lift me back up if I completely fail on a quiz.

Quizlet really helped me learn the prefixes, suffixes, and roots, the games and the website were neat. I thought the games especially were helpful and it was a lot more fun learning everything on quizlet than studying them from flashcards.

ok, I am sold, from reading all the blogs, I think I will jump on the bandwagon and set up Quizlet account. I do like going on the computer and I need to bring my grade up so what do I have to lose?
Yeah, I think quizlet is a great way to study with vocab. I use websites like this so I think this one would be great too. Although I am good at spelling and words and all that, I think this still would be great practice.

Before the test I thought Quizlet would be fairly useful, however it got me prepared for multiple choice and I was not ready for an exact-word-definition-type of quiz. This may sound weird but I need to study in the same sort of format as the test, so the multiple choice quizzes on Quizlet kind of threw me off.
I think this will be useful, because I know I got a 0 on the vocab quiz we just had, and I`m gonna try to make it so I get 100 on the rest. I think this is a really good idea. (:
I didn't use quizlet before we had the vocab quiz and i wasn't able to answer half of the quiz. I'm going to try quizlet to help me study now so I dont fail the next quiz.
Without quizlet, I would have failed the first test. This is a great way to study because you are given the information, but you can customize how it is presented or asked to you.
