I think a new vocabulary word should be chill, which means, "to calm down," according to urban dictionary, because not many people know that definition of the word. For example, I was once with my friend and i told him that he was chill, he then replied saying how he wasn't cold. This shows how not many people know there is another definition for chill.

I think a knew word that we learn is adoxography because it relates to all of us as students. In school we all have to write prompts about stupid meaningless topics. Well adoxography means to write skillfully about an unimportant subject. We all have to do this so we should all know the big word for it.

I think a new word we should learn is flabergasted because it is not banal. How many times a day do you hear "I'm excited!" Doesn't that get banal? Well, flabergasted is a word that can fit perfectly for any age. Flabergasted means excited or surprised. Also, it sounds cool. Therefore, flabergasted is not commonly used but it has a lot of pluses to it.

I think we should learn the suffix 'phile'. It is signifies attraction or love of something. I learned this on November 11, when the word of the day was 'turophile', a connoisseur of cheese, or cheese fancier. It is a great suffix to learn as it can help us understand longer words, provided we know the roots. Therefore, we should learn the suffix 'phile'.
