I think video games have a negative impact on life. If a little kid plays a violent game with destruction and violence they may think the game is fun and try to reenact the violence in real life. That’s how video games have a negative affect in life.

I think video games are an ok impact on life because they get in your way sometimes but also have something to do. 60% of all kids play Call of Duty. Some kids get too addicted and game it up all night. Therefore, video games can really impact your life and get you to live in an unhealthy lifestyle.

I think playing to much of a vodeo game will have a negative impact on people. Playing videogames to much will cause a health risk. For example, if someone sits on the couch all day and just plays videogames, then they will increase their heart attack risk and will become obiece. Ergo, playing videogames to much will cause health problems.

I deffinatly think that too much video games has a negative effect on your health because you will not be getting proper exercise. For example, moving your thumbs is not exercise and you could be spending that time being active, eventually you will become obese. Therfore by playing too many video games you are greatly reducing your ammount of exercise.

I think that video games have a negitve effect on people because it gives you no exercise. An example of this would be when your charater in what ever game you playing is running and your not and your just sitting there staring at the screen. Therefore this shows that video games give you no exercise because you just sitting down and watching your charter run and you not doing any thing.

Playing too many videogames will have a negative impact on your life because you are not getting exercise. 60% of teenage boys play videogames for more than one hour a day. During this hour (or more) they are just sitting down not moving around. This can lead to health problems such as obesity. Therefore, playing too many videogames will have a negative impact on your health.

Video games definitely negatively affect your life. For example, my friend plays them most of the day and we don't usually hang out, and he gets bad grades. Therefore, video games will make you anti-social.

I agree that video games can be bad because if you play them all day long, obviously its not a good thing.
However, I don't think playing violent video games makes children more violent. I've played plenty of violent video games and I have never felt the urge to shoot, stab,/ kill someone. I think that the theory that video games makes kids violent is just an exaggeration.

I think video games have a negative impact on life because it destracts people from their actual life. If you are into video games you may not get your homework done or if your older, you won't get what you need to get done for your job. Kids grades could lower and adults could get fired. Therefore video game are negativley effecting our world

I spend a lot of time on the computer and i think they do negatively impact on your life. It is very distracting and leads to procrastination. Spending too much time on the computer can lead to people's grades dropping. For example, my cousin spent up to 4 hours a day on the computer and ended up failing 2 of her classes. Therefore video games have a negative effect on people's lives.

i dont play a lot of video games at all but i think it some what has a negative impact on your life. if you are really addicted to them instead of being with your friends or playing sports and doing homework you are constantly playing video games. Also if all you are doing is playing video games and not getting exercise you could get fat and out of shape

I think that video games impact you in a negative way because you don't get the excersize you need. 85% of boys and girls play video games all the time so they do not get the excersize they need and might become obese. Therefore, video games impact you in a negative way.

I think that video games impact people's life in negative ways. Video games can become addicting and that is not good. Believe it or not, more than 80% of teens who play video games get addicted to them and play them for 2 or more hours. This tends to lower your grades because you spend more time focusing on getting to a higher level than getting good grades. Therefore, video games suck the intelligence out of you and get you addicted.

Usually, everyone says that this will have a negative impact, but honestly, kids find out more on the computer than they do anywhere else! You learn about life lessons. things like facebook, and other social networking sites fill us in on things happening to others, good and bad. I bet more than 70% of people that posted on this blog, had facebook open in a different tag. By using the computer you learn things you wouldnt out in the day!

I think that video games have a negitve impact on people because alot of the people that play video games are out of shape and this could affect their health like their cholestrol and heart because they mostly never get any exsercise.Therefor playing video games is bad for you.

I personally do not have much knowledge on video/computer games; but I know that they do have a negative impact on your life because I know that a lot of the games that are popular are violent. For instance, I heard on the news that a kid about our age thought that it was normal and cool to use violance and brought a gun into school. Investigators stated that he did play very violent video games almost every day so he thought that being violent was perfectly fine. Therefore, playing video games (or at least violent video games) does nothing good for you in any way shape or form.

Some videos games (like just dance and other games when you move your hole body) have a positive impact on our lives because it if healthy for you. Video games when you get a work out help get your heart rate up and will burn calories. By doing this you will be able to get a workout without going out of the house and it is fun. Therefore, video games that get you moving your whole body are good for you.

I really think that video games are a negative impact on people lives. This is because video games require you to sit infront of a screen and not move your body except for your hands. So videogames actually increase the chance of kids becoming overweight because while playing video games your not moving your body or exercising. Therefore, videogames are a negative impact on kids because they increase the chance of kids being overweight.

Going on the computer and playing videos games have a negative impact because they get in the way of studying and doing homework. Many people who excessively play video games tend to put off their homework and studying time and eventually their grades are effected by it. Therefore, video games aren't a good thing because they can negatively effect a persons grades and good grades are essential.

I think that playing video games is a good and a bad thing. I think it is a good thing because it helps with hand-eye coordiantion. Having hand-eye coordination is good so you know where keys are on a keyboard or something like that. On the other hand, playing video games is a bad thing because it makes people live in a life of fantasy. It makes them want to keep living in that world of fantasy instead of reality. Therefore playing video games has a positive and negative impact on your life.

I think that videogames can be fun, but dangerously addicting because when you want to play a quick game, you end up there for quite a while. I remember once I wanted to play my assassins creed game for an hour or two. I got so addicted that I looked at the clock and saw I had been playing it for almost four hours! Therefore I think videogames have a negative effect because you will spend too much time playing them when you could be doing something else.

I do not play video games, yet i am positive that it has a negative impact in the life of gamers. That is because most popular games on the market are video games full of violence and there are kids playing those games who are only 10 years old. The game shows them that fighting and killing people is a positive thing because that means they have won the game and they can move on the next level. Therefore, I'm absolutely sure that video games have a negative impact on gamers because it promotes violence, and makes it seem acceptable.
